GREAT OLD MOVIES SUMMER SCHEDULE

 

GREAT OLD MOVIES

is going on a Summer Schedule. There will be occasional posts in the hot months, but in general we will return on a regular basis in the Fall. This will give me time to finish up some book projects.

However, don't despair! My brother blog, B MOVIE NIGHTMARE, will maintain a regular schedule during the summer months and may even come out with more frequency. Yeah!

Make some pumpkin pie -- so easy even I can do it -- put some whipped cream on it, cook up the cocoa (with more whipped cream) and watch a nice scary horror movie on Halloween! Maybe one of the movies reviewed in the posts below.

SPECIAL EDITION -- ANNUAL LGBT ROUND-UP

This year is the 50th anniversary of Stonewall, what is considered the start of the modern-day Gay Rights/LGBT pride movement. I couldn't let it pass without compiling reviews of some interesting LGBT motion pictures. Not all of these are "gay" movies, as such, but they all deal with LGBT elements in one way or another. Sadly, not all of these are especially memorable, but they do have a place in cinematic and LGBT history in spite of that.
